Position Summary
The Procurement Administrator supports daily warehouse and inventory operations by ensuring accurate system transactions, timely reporting, and strong administrative support. This role partners closely with warehouse, production, and materials teams to maintain inventory accuracy, support FIFO compliance, and keep warehouse processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate warehouse and inventory data in SAP
Monitor inventory transactions, bin movements, and discrepancies
Support FIFO adherence and material flow through reporting and follow-up
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports, logs, and administrative trackers
Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory documentation
Communicate with warehouse, production, and materials teams to resolve issues
Maintain organized records related to inventory, safety, and compliance
Support warehouse leadership with administrative and reporting needs
Follow all safety, food safety, and company policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or Equivalent from a 2 Year College Technical School Preferred
Experience: 3 years of administrative or warehouse support experience preferred
Special Skills: strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Experience with SAP system preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
