Job Description - Adminstration/Real Estate Coordinator

Description

Grandfather Golf and Country Club has an exciting administrative job opportunity for a Rental Coordinator in our real estate division, Grandfather Club Properties. Our beautiful community has 450 properties. There are properties available for Member-sponsored rentals, and the Rental Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring our in-house rental program for property, owners, and guests runs smoothly.

We are searching for an individual with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills who creates a warm and friendly atmosphere for our real estate office.

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include booking all incoming rental inquiries, providing general administrative support, and assisting brokerage staff with the listing and closing process in compliance with NC Real Estate Commission. Excellent computer and communication skills are required to succeed in this position.

In addition to being the Coordinator for our real estate division, this position is the face of the department, as our members and guests frequent the Administrative Offices. Being friendly and approachable is extremely important, as is following well-defined processes and procedures and paying close attention to detail. The Rental Coordinator is critical in ensuring renters have a great experience at Grandfather Golf and Country Club, and they set the tone for their stay here.

Job Details

This is a full-time position with benefits, and hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional overtime may be offered. An NC Real Estate Broker license is preferred. However, the position offers the opportunity for Employer-paid expenses toward qualifying for an NC Real Estate Commission Brokers License.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Exceptional member service skills

Excellent computer skills

Rental software experience preferred

Detail oriented

NC Real Estate Broker license is preferred. However, the position offers the opportunity for employer-paid expenses toward qualifying for an NC Real Estate Commission Brokers License.
