Job Description - Admission & Financial Aid Administrative Assistant

Position Summary

This hourly position reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and is 20 hour per week for 10 months (August-May).


Tasks include supporting the Office of Admission and Director of Enrollment Management with projects.

- Process applications and decisions. Mail decision letters.

- Enter information into student information system (Banner), admissions management system (Slate), and financial management system (Workday).
- Support daily visit program and on-site admission events.

- Other duties as assigned.


Weekend work is required, but is sporadic (five times a year).


Individuals with Banner, Workday, and/or Slate software experience preferred. If no experience exists, individual must be able to learn new software systems for office business.
