Glades is working with a growing organization with a mission to provide the highest quality dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) services. We are working to be in-network with insurance at the outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care. We are at an exciting stage of development and are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join the team!

Position: Admissions Coordinator
Schedule: On site, preferred hours M-F 10-3
Reports to: Primary- Chief Operating Officer, Secondary - Clinical Director
Qualifications:
● Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
● Must be collaborative and team oriented.
● Minimum two years experience in customer service and/or administrative duties.
● Experience in admissions and/or mental health services preferred.

● Ability to maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times and displays empathy, compassion, and patience.
● Displays a willingness to learn and takes initiative, proactively identifying potential client or team needs.
● Displays a high degree of attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Collaborates with team members to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation and client communications.
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Demonstrates sound judgment and decision making, and appropriately assesses nuanced inquiries and communications.
About the Role:
● Responsible for greeting clients, answering incoming calls, and following up on inquiries regarding treatment.
● Facilitate client admission by gathering insurance information, collecting required forms, and obtaining prior treatment records.
● Collaborate with third-party to verify insurance coverage and follow up on outstanding verifications.
● Respond to client inquiries regarding fees, benefit coverage, good faith estimates, and program details.
● Assist therapists in scheduling or re-scheduling client appointments and informational calls.
● Develop and update training materials and internal reference documents regarding intake processes and EHR protocols.
● Assist in tracking insurance payments and addressing client questions regarding billing.
● Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
● Assist therapists in coordinating discharge by reaching out to other programs to determine availability and potential fit.
● Assist the team with other administrative and operational needs, as required.
