Admission Nurse (RN / LPN)

Job description

Ave Maria is seeking a Registered Nurse or LPN for the Admissions Nurse position. This nurse will work closely with the Admissions Director help elders move into Ave Maria Home for skilled rehab, long term care and assisted living. This position is responsible for meeting elders and their families in the community to complete paperwork, completing the baseline care plan, helping with initial physician orders, and ensuring a smooth move in into the facility. Admission experience and customer service experience are preferred and you must be a Registered Nurse. Previous MDS experience a plus.
