Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and social media to provide information about our beauty programs.
• Conduct informational interviews to evaluate student goals and align them with appropriate educational paths.
• Present and communicate program details, admission guidelines, and financial aid information to prospective students.
• Assist applicants in completing enrollment paperwork and the admissions process.
• Track and manage student inquiries while maintaining accurate records of admissions activities.
• Work closely with the Financial Aid department to help students understand funding opportunities.
• Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and community outreach initiatives to promote the university.
• Build and maintain relationships with local high schools and community organizations for outreach and recruitment.

• Strong background in customer service, sales, or recruitment, ideally in a similar role.

• Familiarity with the beauty industry or a strong interest in beauty education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools for communication and record-keeping.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed in their educational journeys.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
