Kiddie Academy CTX is looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Admissions & Enrollment Sales Specialist to join our team! 

This is more than a front-desk customer service position—we are looking for a natural closer who knows how to turn warm inquiries into enrollments, build trust with prospective families, and confidently guide parents from the first phone call to the final signature.

What we Offer

• Competitive Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00/hour 


• Great Schedule: Set Monday - Friday hours (8:30 AM-5:30 PM) with no nights and no weekends.

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Drive Enrollment & Close Sales: Convert prospective family inquiries and tours into confirmed enrollments by confidently guiding families through the decision-making process and asking for the enrollment.

  Follow Up & Build Relationships: Maintain fast, consistent communication with prospective families through phone calls, emails, texts, and scheduled follow-ups so no opportunity falls through the cracks.

  Manage Multiple Databases: Navigate multiple computer systems and CRM databases simultaneously while maintaining accurate records and tracking every lead.

  Stay Organized: Manage enrollment paperwork, tour schedules, follow-up reminders, and prospective family information with high attention to detail.

  Communicate Value Effectively: Clearly communicate our programs, curriculum, policies, tuition, and the value we offer families.

  Work as a Team: Collaborate with academy leadership and classroom teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospective family to enrolled family.

What We're Looking For

• Sales Experience: A natural salesperson who enjoys closing deals and is motivated by achieving goals (experience in consultative sales, apartment leasing, school admissions, membership sales, or hospitality is a plus). 


• Confident Communicator: Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills, with the confidence to make phone calls, follow up with leads, overcome hesitations, and ask for the sale. 


• Tech-Savvy Multi-Tasker: Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and multitask across multiple databases, software programs, and communication platforms. 


• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy pipeline. 


• Driven & Accountable: A proactive, self-motivated team player who takes initiative, follows through, and brings professionalism and positive energy to the workplace.
