Position Overview

Kilo Charlie Aviation is seeking a dynamic Admissions Coordinator to support our growing enrollment efforts. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, assess their qualifications, and effectively communicate the benefits of flight training at Kilo Charlie Aviation. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with strong communication skills and experience in inside sales, dedicated to guiding aspiring pilots toward their aviation careers.

Requirements

• Share detailed information about the Kilo Charlie Aviation program with prospective students.
   
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with the Student Advisor.
   
• Maintain a strong understanding of all Kilo Charlie Aviation programs, pricing, and policies.
   
• Professionally manage incoming calls and emails from potential students.
   
• Conduct timely follow-ups with individuals who have requested information online.
   
• Be prepared to spend approximately 90% of the workday handling phone communications.
