Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Admissions Coordinator to join our team. The Admissions Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the intake process for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our facility, and providing essential support to residents. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to intake, including conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing information about our programs and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and other funding sources to verify benefits and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming admission experience for potential clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing activities to promote the facility and its services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in admissions or intake coordination.
- Strong understanding of substance abuse treatment and recovery principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

ABOUT OUR TREATMENT FACILITY
The Davis Archway Treatment Center is a newly constructed substance abuse treatment facility. Our facility is located in Emlenton, Butler County, Pennsylvania. Our remote location provides clients a private, serene, therapeutic environment to help them start on road of recovery.
To accommodate our clients, we provide comfortable and spacious residential style living areas and bedrooms. We offer several amenities to make their stay more comfortable.
