Admissions Coordinator

We need an Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Boonespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Union, KY.  You’ll represent Boonespring externally through marketing and community involvement, as well as internally maintaining and managing occupancy rates. 

$55,000 to $75,000 Per Year
*Plus bonus opportunities! 

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Providing information facility to those inquiring about facility services
• Creating & maintaining a marketing “cookbook” to serve as the basis for establishing strong relationships with potential referral sources
• Working with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Completing all required new facility admission documentation
• Tracking sales data to assure cookbook is appropriate
• Meeting Admission & Sales Goals established by Management
• Overseeing the Admissions Liaison to ensure proper department function

You’ll Need To Have:

• Proven sales experience with a background in healthcare preferred
• A Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing License
• Successfully completed a Sales Assessment
