 Nsight Mental Health & Wellness is a treatment facility that provides residential psychitric stabilization, PHP, IOP and outpatient services to clients struggling with primary mental health issues.  We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Admission Representative to join our team. As an Admission Representative, you will play a crucial role in in client care, providing guidance on treatment programs and options available at Nsight, and representing our facility to the public. If you are passionate about mental health treatment, helping people, and working with prospective clients, we welcome you to apply. 

Requirements

  Applicants must have at least two years of current or prior admissions experience in a mental health treatment facility or psychiatric hospital. 

- Engage with prospective clients to provide information about mental health treatment options offered at Nsight

- Collect insurance information

- Conduct on-site tours when needed for potential clients and family members

- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure that relevant client needs are addressed upon admission

- Strong admissions related background in mental health treatment is required

- Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Salesforce)

- Proficiency managing a busy incoming call volume and prioritizing tasks

- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with clients, parents, spouses, or other treatment professionals
