The Admissions Coordinator will further the mission of Roundup River Ranch by supporting the Admissions Team through the administrative processes for campers and volunteers. This position is part of the admissions team and plays a vital role in supporting campers and volunteers and ensuring an efficient and positive admissions and application process. Successful candidates will have foundational knowledge and experience managing a database or applicant tracking system and have a passion for the Roundup River Ranch Mission. This highly administrative position is office based at our campsite in Gypsum with travel required in the local area and Front Range (Denver).
Ensure all recruitment and admissions processes support the mission, vision, and values of Roundup River Ranch
Follow established compliance and best practice in all elements of the role
Support all online outreach clubs, lead tech-support, and send informational emails to volunteers and campers enrolled in programs
Lead onsite volunteer service projects and groups throughout the year
Lead volunteer corporate days and events at camp
Serve campers and volunteers through excellent customer service and timely communications
Support the entire Admissions team with processing volunteer and camper applications as needed and ensure they are complete and in compliance; focusing on Outreach programs & Rental Groups
Be responsive to medical team requirements during the camper and volunteer application process
Provide support and resources for Spanish-speaking applicants and other team members
Lead collaborator with the Outreach team to ensure the best Outreach application process for camper families and volunteers
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all aspects of the role, including all medical information and records.
Serve as an ambassador for Roundup River Ranch at community and recruitment events in the Vail Valley and other areas, as needed.
Knowledgeable and able to support in all database functions for both campers and volunteers.
Other duties as assigned including supporting the operational team and development team needs for signature events
Requirements

EXPERIENCE EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Applicants fluent in Spanish will be prioritized
Computer proficiency and practical experience in word processing, database and internet navigation
At least 2 years intermediate level administrative or database experience
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with proficiency and working knowledge of database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
