Admissions Director

Cibolo Creek Health and Rehabilitation, is seeking a compassionate and outgoing Admissions Director to join our "Great Place to Work" Certified Team!

Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident/patient referral and approval process.


• Obtains insurance verification for outpatient rehabilitation/post-acute care benefits and performs pre-certifications as required.


• Conducts tours of facility with potential residents/patients and their family members.


• Notifies Departments of anticipated admission.


• Assures contracts are completed on a timely basis.


• Completes records and documentation in accordance with company policy and state and federal guidelines.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


• Proficient in electronic record management systems.


• Efficient typing and data capturing skills.


• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office.


• Ability to multitask on a team and alone.


• Highly organized and detail-oriented.


• High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)


• Work Authorization. (Required)


• Minimum of one (1) years experience in health care, preferably in long term care.


• Must be familiar with medical terminology.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel).
