What You'll Do

• Manage the facility's admissions and inquiry process


• Conduct tours and build relationships with prospective residents and families


• Coordinate admissions to support a smooth transition into the facility


• Develop and maintain referral source relationships


• Support facility marketing and census development efforts


• Promote a positive customer experience throughout the admissions process

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred


• Sales, marketing, admissions, or healthcare experience required


• Healthcare community relations experience preferred


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills


• Ability to work independently and achieve goals
