We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Admissions Director to join our team at our new upcoming skilled nursing facility, located in Streetsboro, Ohio! Opening Fall 2025!


Boulder Crossing Health & Rehabilitation, a BRAND-NEW skilled nursing facility located in Streetsboro, OH is looking for an ambitious Admissions Director to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to be a founding force and help build something meaningful from the ground up. 


The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient admission process for our residents. You will work closely with our central intake and case management teams to coordinate the admission of new residents and ensure their transition to our facility is smooth and stress-free. The Admissions Director will establish a reputation so that the facility is a preferred provider in the geographic areas we support and help guarantee the success of the facility.  


Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with central intake and case management teams to assess and determine the eligibility of potential residents.

  • Coordinate and manage the admission process, including completing necessary paperwork and documentation.

  • Communicate with residents and their families to provide information and support during the admission process.

  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills as well as attention to detail.

  • Conduct tours of our facility for prospective residents and their families.

  • Ensure that all necessary medical and insurance information is collected and accurately recorded.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations related to admissions.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.

  • Prior experience in Admissions, case management, or a healthcare setting is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
