Admissions Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• As an admissions nurse (RN), you will be the first point of contact for residents as they enter your nursing home.
• You will collect medical information for potential and existing residents.
• You will ensure all insurance paperwork for incoming residents are in order.
• You will conduct appropriate admission assessments of incoming residents to your nursing home.

Admissions Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
• At least one year experience in admissions nursing in a SNF or a SMHRF
• Excellent organizational skills
• Positive communication style
