Job Description - Admissions Officer

Join our team! We are currently looking for Admissions Officers. We are seeking individuals with a passion for positively changing people’s lives with quality training. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment. Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and computer skills are needed to properly represent one of the oldest and longest serving Shreveport colleges today.

Job Requirements

* Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

* Previous staffing, school admissions, or customer service background a plus

* Make numerous calls each day to prospective students to arrange campus tours

* Handle numerous incoming calls from inquirers

* Interview prospective students for enrollment

* Maintain positive and productive contact with active students to encourage retention and graduation

* Attend Career and Job Fairs

Our training programs are designed to provide our graduates with the skills and endorsements major transportation companies are looking for in their drivers.
