Admissions Registered Nurse, RN, Home Health Visits

Helping Hand Nurse, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse as a Clinical Supervisor for our home health patients. Helping Hand Nurse is a home health care agency. We provide nonmedical and medical services.

Responsibilities:

The Clinical Supervisor oversee patient care services, supervision and mentoring of clinical personnel. They will also help hire, evaluate, and train personnel.

• Ensure that coordination of care and documentation occurs between staff and patient/family/representative and facility and other outside agencies.
• Complete or supervise QA of OASIS start of cares and recertifications
• Investigate, resolves and report any problem relating to patient care and employee well- being.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of Medicare Home Health regulations, Conditions of Participation, licensure laws and accrediting body regulations so that the organization is in compliance with accepted standards of practice.

Qualifications:

• PA RN License
• Computer savvy
• Home Health Nursing Experience
• Nursing Management Experience
