Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics, a licensed, accredited post-secondary career school, is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative to selectively prospect, interview and enroll students in its New York State licensing courses in Esthetics and Waxing as well as a host of advanced training courses for Estheticians.

An Admissions Representative pre-qualifies candidates to the school to ensure they meet the criteria and requirements established by the school. Admissions Representatives provide information regarding its courses, the esthetics industry as well as employment opportunities to prospective students so they can make informed decisions regarding their education choices and career options.

Requirements:

• outbound prospecting to company and self-generated inquiries
• conduct telephone and in-person interviews with prospective students
• evaluate the prospective student's needs, interests and qualifications to assist the individual in making informed decisions
• presents information on the school's courses and tuition in a factual manner
• completes enrollment paperwork and assists students with requirements
• remains in contact with students throughout their enrollment
• upholds school policies, procedures, integrity and ethical standards
• attends training sessions as scheduled
• partners with other departments on campus to deliver quality support and service to students
• networks with community to promote the school
• participation in school-wide events

Requirements

 The Admissions Representative must be highly motivated, energetic and possess a positive and outgoing personality; be a self-starter; have a passion for skin care and the beauty industry; and be able to encourage, motivate, and instill that passion in prospective applicants to become students. Persistence and a never give-up attitude is a must!

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekday evenings and weekends and adapt to the changing needs of the school's on-going enrollment.

The ideal candidate will possess work experience in the specialty field of Esthetics and be able to converse comfortably from experience on all topics related to skin care. College degree is preferred. Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; customer relationship management systems (CRM) as well a variety of social media platforms is also preferred.
