We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to lead the configuration, development, and optimization of customer journeys. This role will support both strategic and technical aspects of AJO, enabling personalized, data-driven experiences across channels.
Your Impact:
· Designing and orchestrating omnichannel customer journeys
· Using triggers, conditions, and actions effectively
· Managing real-time, event-driven, and scheduled journeys
· Understanding Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP)
· Identity stitching and segmentation
· Using unified profiles and audience activation
· Setting up event-based journeys (e.g., behavioral triggers)
· Working with Experience Events and schemas (XDM)
· Integrating with external data sources (APIs, streaming data)
· Serve as the go-to SME for Adobe Journey Optimizer, providing hands-on support for journey configuration and development.
· Design and implement multi-step journey sequences across email, web, and other channels.
· Develop and optimize campaign strategies, including batch & blast, lights-on, and triggered journeys.
· Apply personalization and decisioning logic to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
· Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to align journey design with business goals.
· Explore and implement AJO capabilities as a potential alternative to Adobe Target for A/B testing and experimentation.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AJO configuration and execution.
· Stay current with Adobe product updates and industry best practices to continuously improve journey performance.
Must have:
· Proven experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer in a technical or strategic capacity.
· Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization, and campaign management.
· Experience with decisioning logic, real-time data triggers, and cross-channel orchestration.
· Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and integration with other Adobe tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
· Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AJO configurations.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – Journey Optimizer).
· Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation strategies.
· Background in digital marketing, CRM, or customer experience design.
