Accountabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement personalization goals and strategies.
- Develop and execute personalized content strategies across Adobe's digital platforms.
- Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud solutions for optimizing customer experiences.
- Work with the user experience team to plan and implement new user journeys.
- Stay updated on industry trends in customer data management and marketing technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a software developer or data engineer focusing on marketing technology.
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Target and Analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application development using JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and agile methodology is a plus.
