Lutheran Homes & Health Services, an Illuminus Community, is looking for an ADON to join their Skilled Nursing community. We have been a part of the local community caring for the families of Fond du Lac and the surrounding area since 1936. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fond du Lac, Lutheran Homes & Health Services provides assisted living, skilled nursing and short-term rehab services to older adults.

• Full-time, Salaried with Benefits
• Flexible shift, supporting our AM to PM shift transition
• Working within our Skilled Nursing community
• On call responsibilities with other nurse leadership
• $83k-100k
• RN license required

Our ADON responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in planning, organizing and directing nursing service.
• Control and evaluation of nursing service in order to meet the total nursing needs of the resident and maintain a quality of service that will fulfill the objective of the nursing home, and be in accordance with the policies set forth by the nursing home.
• Supervise care and management of shift.
• Plan and participate in in-service training and orientation programs.
• Coordinate the care planning program.
• Infection Prevention responsibilities.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations
• Infection Prevention experience
