Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. This position offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $250,000+ annual salary, depending on experience

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (required)
• Current Florida medical license (required)

Responsibilities:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• EMR- WellSky
• Rounding in 2 or 3 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Jacksonville All in One Day
• See 15–20 patients per day
• Participate in rotation call (7 days per month)
• Work with midlevel provider support
