Adult Ministries Director

Position: Adult Ministries Director

Team: Lakeville

Reports to: Campus Pastor

Status: Exempt 40 hours/week

The primary focus of this role entails supporting, equipping, and expanding Adult Ministries through Community Groups, Courses, and Community Impact. This role requires collaboration with Central counterparts in designing and implementing the Ministry Model and upholding the framework and guidelines. 

Execute the Adult Ministry strategy at the Campus level.

• Recruit, equip, and empower Community Group Leaders, Course Facilitators, and Community Group Coaches.
• Connect and support interested Community Group and Course participants.
• Partner with the Campus Pastor and Community Impact Team to plan and connect Community Groups with local outreach opportunities.
• Manage online registrations, volunteers, and data using specified databases.
• Assist with the annual departmental budget and manage annual spending. 
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree - required. Extensive ministry experience may be substituted.
• Staff member in ministry leadership capacity - 3-5 years required.
• Experience with Google Suite and database (Church Community Builder) - preferred.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Schedule will include working evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by ministry needs. This includes multiple Christmas Eve services and Easter.
• Extensive standing, walking and sitting for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive keyboard and mouse movement requirements.
• May require lifting up to 25 lbs.

A mature faith, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, commitment to the Teaching Statement and ministries of Hosanna, a signed Hosanna Leadership Covenant, and submission to Biblical authority along with membership in the congregation and worship at Hosanna are requirements for all employees.
