Key Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments
• Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed interventions)
• Support clients with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use concerns
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and community partners
• Update treatment plans and maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
• Participate in peer consultations, team meetings, and clinical trainings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Arizona license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT) or eligibility within 90 days
• Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency in trauma-informed therapy and evidence-based interventions
• Experience with EMR systems and strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
