Job Description - Adult Therapist - Tucson, AZ (Spanish Speaking)

Position Title: Bilingual Licensed Therapist – Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient Services

Location: Tucson, Arizona

Employment Type: Full-Time

Setting: Community-Based Outpatient Behavioral Health

Schedule: Monday through Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Additional Compensation: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Performance-Based Incentives

We are currently recruiting a dedicated, bilingual Licensed Therapist to join our Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health team in Tucson, AZ. This full-time role offers a stable weekday schedule—with no after-hours, weekend, or emergency on-call shifts—allowing for true work-life balance and professional focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed modalities
  • Provide services to adults, including those with co-occurring substance use or dual diagnoses
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team consultations, and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field
  • Current Arizona licensure or eligibility (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices
  • Experience working with adult populations and co-occurring disorders preferred
  • Competence with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required
