Frederick Health Medical Group (FHMG), a highly respected 160+ provider, multi-specialty medical group, is seeking a skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - to join our Infectious Disease team. About the Role
As an Infectious Disease APP, you will function as a clinician, consultant, educator, and resource to physicians and the broader care team. You will help coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality, consistent, and evidence-based care for patients across the healthcare setting.
This role blends direct patient care with care coordination, antimicrobial stewardship principles, and patient and family education - allowing you to practice at the top of your license while contributing to quality, safety, and population health efforts.
