Witham Health Services is seeking an experienced Urology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our team in Lebanon, Indiana. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care while working alongside physicians and a collaborative healthcare team.

This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The APP will evaluate and manage patients with a variety of urologic conditions, provide ongoing follow-up care, and work closely with urology physicians to support treatment planning and continuity of care.

About the Position

• Outpatient Urology APP position focused on evaluation, treatment, and management of urologic conditions


• Monday through Friday daytime schedule


• Inpatient responsibilities and rounding as needed


• No weekend, holiday, or call responsibilities


• Conduct patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing management of urologic conditions


• Assist with treatment planning and coordination of care in collaboration with urology physicians


• Review diagnostic testing, assess symptoms, and manage appropriate treatment plans


• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care


• Build meaningful relationships with patients through continuity of care

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program


• Current, unrestricted Indiana license


• National certification as an Advanced Practice Provider


• Previous clinical experience preferred; urology experience is a plus


• Eligible for prescriptive authority in Indiana


• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills


• Excellent communication and patient education skills


• Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
