Job Description - Advanced Behavior Technician Case Manager

L.I.F.E. is seeking qualified supervisors for San Joaquin county!

Salary: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a BA/BS degree in ABA or a related field.
Must have a minimum of two years working with children ages 0-18 with Autism and/or developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or community settings.
Must provide a negative TB test and pass a criminal background check upon hire.
Must be open to a flexible schedule as case placement may vary or change.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and active car insurance in order to travel to clients’ homes.
Must be able to perform essential work duties such as lifting, squatting, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time.
Ability to accept and give constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
Ability to empathize with clients and their family members.
Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.
Ability to interpret, create, and implement clinical protocols.
