Advanced Care Paramedic

Aspen Medical is seeking expressions of interest from Advanced Care Paramedics for a potential upcoming opportunity in Winnemucca, NV.

The position will be based at a construction site, providing Occupational Health support for the construction phase of the project. 
 

• Location: Winnemucca, NV
• Work Environment: Construction site (Occupational Health support for the construction phase)
• Start Date: Estimated December
• Duration: 2.5 years
• Employment Type: W-2 or 1099

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Training:
  • State-approved EMT training program
  • CAAHEP accredited paramedic training program
• Licensing: Must be appropriately licensed, qualified, and registered to work in Nevada
• Certifications:
  • CPR/First Aid Instructor
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

• Skills: Strong emergency medical and trauma care, preferably with occupational health experience in a construction or industrial environment
• Professionalism: Adaptable and professional in approach
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)

• Employment is contingent upon the awarding of the contract.
