Salary: Up to $91,500 annually + Full benefits

What You’ll Do

• CAM Programming & Toolpath Generation
  Create and optimize 3- and 5-axis CNC toolpaths from 3D CAD models using PowerMill, Mastercam, or similar CAM software; expert offline toolpathing for complex components.
• Machine Setup & Fixturing
  Prepare and calibrate CNC machining centers—selecting tools, setting fixtures, and applying proper offsets—to achieve tight tolerances on each run.
• Tooling & Pattern Fabrication
  Manufacture precision tooling components on CNC mills, lathes, drill presses, and saws; safely move materials via hoists and forklifts.
• Preventative Maintenance & Process Improvement
  Identify and recommend enhancements to machine capabilities, ensuring reliable 5-axis performance and minimizing downtime.

What You Bring

• Deep CNC Expertise: 5+ years running 5-axis CNC machines and 5+ years generating offline toolpaths—or equivalent foundry pattern fabrication experience.
• Blueprint & Setup Mastery: Proven ability to interpret blueprints, establish machine setups, and fixture materials to exact specifications.
• Dependable Track Record: Solid work history demonstrating reliability, precision, and continuous skill development.
• On-Site Commitment: Willingness to work exclusively on site, with no remote option.
• Local Residency: Live within 45 minutes of our Central Wisconsin facility for a reliable commute.
