Advanced Maintenance Technician

Overview

The Advanced Maintenance Technician creates preventative, proactive, and predictive maintenance plans and addresses all CNC and Automated Saw technical and mechanical needs. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and automated saws.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

· Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

· Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.

· Provide technical support and training to operators and other staff as needed.

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.

· Proven experience working with CNC machines and/or automated saws.

· Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software systems.
