Job Description - Advanced Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to join our Fort Worth Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness for new customers and product designs, leading the definition and maintenance of Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs) and Routings, and developing and maintaining Time Study acquisition and analysis. This role also involves leading continuous improvement efforts in standard work development and error/mistake proofing, as well as driving design for manufacturability standards to enhance the adoption of future products.

You will make an impact by:

  • Operational Readiness: Ensure the operational readiness for new customers and product designs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet launch timelines.
  • MBOMs and Routings: Lead the definition and maintenance of Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs) and Routings to ensure accurate and efficient production processes.
  • Time Studies: Develop and maintain Time Study acquisition and analysis to optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead the continuous improvement of standard work development and the incorporation of error/mistake proofing techniques to enhance quality and reduce defects.
  • Design for Manufacturability: Drive design for manufacturability standards to ensure better adoption and integration of future products into the manufacturing process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Experience in lieu of degree.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within an advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MBOMs, Routings, and Time Studies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and error/mistake proofing.
  • Commitment to quality and operational excellence.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

  • The pay range for this position is $82,320 - $141,120. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
