Requirements:
Candidates must have a current Minnesota Advanced Practice License, or are scheduled to take their test.
Experience in Fundamental Facials and advanced Facial Massage, Body Waxing, Brow and Lash tinting, Lash Lifts and Brow Lamination, Chemical Peels, Lash Extensions (volume and classic), Microderm, Dermaplaning, and SkinPen
Also must possess a general knowledge of different advanced esthetic modalities.
Candidates must be a self-starter who possess excellent communication and customer service skills. We will train on our SOPs.
Salary: $35,000 to $87,000 per year

History
The house at 474 Second Street has been an anchor and a warm and inviting Excelsior home since 1900. In 1997 it was renovated as a spa and salon, opening its doors to a wider family. In 2006, appreciating the history of the home at 474 Second Street, Paula and Bryce Johnson, combined their unique personal blend of business skills, creative direction and focus on outstanding customer service to create Bella on the Bay. Today that tradition is carried on by current owner, Missi Davis.
