Job Summary:

Performs non-invasive services and treatments including but not limited to: Laser Hair Removal, CO2 Lasers, Chemical Peels, tattoo removal, Micro needling. Assist with Dysport/Botox and Filler. Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards. This position is part-time, 24 hours per week and will travel to Maplewood, Roseville, and Eagan.

Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall satisfaction of clients.

· Evaluate client’s suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments.

· Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services.

· Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre- and post-treatment care guidelines.

· Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.

· Accurately and timely charting in our EHR system-EMA.

· Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.

· Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve company goals.

· Follow HIPAA and OSHA policies.

· All other duties as assigned.

Education & Licensure:

· Advanced Practice Esthetician License (required).

· Current laser technician certification/license (required)

Experience

· 1-3 years of esthetics industry experience (required).

· Prior experience in a medical or health care setting; dermatology or aesthetic medicine (required)

· Prior customer service experience (required).
