We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Gettysburg, PA. 

What you can expect at your practice:

• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus 
• Full-time 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.  After completing orientation, the NP will participate in a night/weekend call rotation approximately 1:4. The APP will be supported by physician backup during call rotation.
• Responsible for infusion room oversight, consultations, and follow-up visits in collaboration with the attending physician(s)
• The practice is currently staffed by 3 Board Certified Medical Oncology/Hematology Physicians.  This is a well-established, growing practice with two of the three physicians employed greater than 5 years. 
• Opportunity to participate in various committees and councils.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
• Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
• Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1 year Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
• Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
