Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner

OVP Health Care is actively seeking qualified and experienced a Nurse Practitioner for the Wheelersburg, OH / Coal Grove location. This opportunity is for a FNP or a PMHNP with dual accreditation for medical with an emphasis on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) embedded with primary care. This is a full-time position for a primary care clinic. Must have a OH DEA.

Licensure/Certifications required:

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in OH


• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in OH 


• Current OH DEA


• Current OH DATA 2000 Waiver


• National certification in applicable area


• Successful completion of OVP HEALTH credentialing process prior to practice
