Pines Health Services (PHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in the scenic and welcoming community of Aroostook County, Maine. In close partnership with Cary Medical Center, we deliver seamless, high-quality, integrated healthcare services that prioritize access, collaboration, and an exceptional patient experience.

We are actively recruiting Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join our expanding clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking meaningful work, professional collaboration, and the chance to make a lasting impact in a close-knit rural community.

Position Overview:
The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with primary care providers and Medical Directors to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care across the lifespan. Services include health promotion, disease and injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of common acute and chronic conditions.

FLSA Status: Exempt 

Pay Range: $95,000 – $175,000 annually

The compensation range listed above represents the good-faith range Pines Health Services anticipates relying upon when making an offer for this position. Starting pay is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
