We're Hiring: Advanced Practice Provider ( PA / FNP )

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of patient care—combining clinical expertise with leadership to ensure patients receive exceptional service at every visit.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver direct patient care by examining patients, reviewing health histories, and providing accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  

• Collaborate with physicians to prescribe therapies or medications and ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
  

• Lead diagnostics by administering and interpreting tests such as x-rays, EKGs, and lab work.
  

• Promote holistic health through counseling on wellness, growth and development, family planning, and preventative strategies.
  

• Perform clinical procedures including suturing, injections, wound care, and immunizations.
  

• Provide leadership by supervising and coordinating the work of medical assistants and technicians.
  

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensure: Current Illinois PA or FNP license (required).
  

• Education: Master’s degree in a related field.
  

• Experience: 2–5 years in Primary Care and/or Pediatrics (preferred, not required).
  

• Clinical expertise with a strong foundation in patient care and diagnostics.
  

• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
