Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with adult and pediatric certification to provide comprehensive services in a specialized Tuberculosis Clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with tuberculosis and other infectious diseases, playing a critical role in public health.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing
• Licensure: Active APRN license in the state of Kentucky with adult and pediatric certification; CPR certification required
• Experience: Experience in infectious disease care is highly preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for TB and infectious diseases
• Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a willingness to cross-train across clinics

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Manage care for patients with active and latent TB infections.
• Provide clinical oversight and collaborate with public health teams.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and management.
