Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

Panama City offers a chance to build your career in a coastal community, with the beaches of the Florida Panhandle close by. Our client is a growing, physician-founded healthcare organization that takes pride in the care it provides to patients and the support it gives its employees.

They are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to an established patient population. You’ll have a dedicated Medical Assistant and AI-assisted notetaking to help keep your day running smoothly.

Our Client Offers:

• Base salary of $105,000–$120,000

Responsibilities and Schedule:

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive visits, wellness exams, and follow-up care
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions
• Develop treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as appropriate
• Educate patients on prevention, lifestyle changes, and long-term health goals
• Coordinate care with physicians, clinical staff, and specialists
• Document visits using an AI-assisted note-taking system
• Work a 40-hour schedule during clinic hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some scheduling flexibility

Requirements:

• Current Florida Nurse Practitioner license and applicable board certification
• Primary care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with weight loss management, peptides, or aesthetics is strongly preferred
