Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner-Cardiology

Cedar Valley Medical Specialists is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner for our growing cardiology team. The ARNP will work collaboratively within the department with care team staff. The NP will be expected to provide outstanding care, working both in the clinic and outpatient setting. This practitioner must be motivated and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Will be expected to deliver excellent care, interpret diagnostic studies, prescribe medications, and formulate effective plan of care
• Expectation to show a willingness to learn and collaborate closely with physicians
• Order and perform medical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Use judgment to apply treatment within a total clinical picture
• Complete patient records in EMR for billing purposes
• Provide health education to patients
