Our support coaches work side by side with individuals with intellectual, physical, or mental disabilities, ensuring they can participate in all they want to do.

This includes spending the day hiking the Sandias, going to a local museum, playing games at the community centers, watching a movie at the theater, walking around old town, exploring the bosque, and finding new adventures for them to enjoy.

Staff for this position needs to be able to focus on the individual’s needs, encourage the individual to be active, give praise for a job well done, and advocate for the individual to live their best life possible.

If you like to do new things each day, assist someone else finds a new hobby or activity they want to try, help them achieve a new goal, or be part of the joy of their day, this could be the avenue for you.

Currently available shifts:

M-F 9am – 3pm (Standard Hours)

Monday & Friday 10am-4pm, Tuesday and Thursday 3:30pm (18 hrs)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1pm-4pm (9 hours on the Westside of ABQ)

Monday-Friday 9am-1pm (20 hours)

• Current and Valid Driver’s License
