Job Description

Signal Tru Brand is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that align with our clients’ strategic goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advertising campaigns across print, broadcast, and digital channels

• Collaborate with clients to understand brand messaging and target audience

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness

• Work with creative teams to produce high-impact promotional materials

• Conduct market research to identify trends and new advertising opportunities

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met

• Prepare and present campaign performance reports and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in an advertising or agency environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Experience with ad placement, budgeting, and basic performance metrics

• Knowledge of advertising compliance standards and industry best practices
