Advertising Strategist - Positive Work Culture

Seeking an Advertising Strategist to join our growing team for this remote or hybrid opportunity.

The Advertising Strategist plays a key role in our advertising initiatives, focusing on connecting with our audience where they are most active and/or seek support, thereby increasing engagement and achieving measurable business results. This role entails developing comprehensive advertising strategies and overseeing campaigns across digital and traditional channels tailored to B2C and B2B objectives. In collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team and business partners, the Advertising Strategist devises and executes advertising strategies, judiciously manages budgets, and applies advanced audience segmentation and ad optimization methods for optimal ROI.

Responsibilities:
? Integrated advertising strategy and management
? Performance monitoring, testing, optimization, and reporting
? Third-party advertising placement and sales management on organization-owned channels
? Search engine optimization (SEO) support

Skills:
? In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising. This includes
understanding bidding strategies, keyword research, ad assets and the latest features of Google Ads.
? Deep understanding of various social media advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter),
LinkedIn and TikTok, including their unique advertising tools and audience targeting options.

Education and/or Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of
education and experience; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing and/or advertising are
highly desirable.
? A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related fields is required.
? Demonstrated experience managing digital, social media and traditional advertising campaigns.
? Previous track record of creating and executing marketing and advertising plans that drive organizational
results preferred.
? Social sector or healthcare setting experience is a plus.
? Fluency in latest trends in paid advertising, digital marketing, and ad technology specific to B2C, B2B
and/or other healthcare professionals or audiences
? Skilled in managing relationships with external advertising agencies and vendors, including negotiation,
contract management, and setting clear expectations.
? Strong ability to understand data and use analytics tools specific to Google and social media platforms to
track campaign performance, measure ROI and generate insights and recommendations for future
campaigns.
? Creative mindset to contribute to campaign ideas and creative directions.
? Efficiently and effectively communicates with various types of stakeholders to ensure a shared
understanding of advertising objectives and approaches.
? Skilled in SEO for advertising, skilled in keyword optimization, link building, and leveraging analytics to
enhance ad visibility and search rankings.
? Ability to work within a team and independently, without close supervision.
? Demonstrates outstanding skills in time management and organization.
? Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
