The mission of this full-time position is to develop and support Silver Advisors, RFC's new and developing advisors, through strategic marketing guidance, accountability, training, and professional development while serving as an RFC ambassador and contributing to advisor growth, recruiting, and community engagement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with the Vice President of Advisor Development in Salt Lake City to support Silver Advisor marketing strategies, marketing plans, benchmarks, and Advisor progress updates.
Lead the Advisor Marketing Program with Salt Lake City Silver Advisors. Work with Silver Advisors to learn more about them and create a marketing plan that works best for them to achieve their business goals and the firm’s goals. Continue to meet with them on a bi-monthly basis to provide accountability, strategy, and support.
Track Silver Advisor progress with activity and firm goals.
Develop relationships with leadership and senior Advisors that assist with the development of the new Advisor group.
Establish team atmosphere through leadership and team member development.
Serve as an RFC ambassador in the Salt Lake City community by building and maintaining professional relationships that promote the RFC mission, enhance team visibility, and create networking opportunities that may generate advisor leads.
Look for opportunities to connect the new Advisors with potential business, community, and special interest groups.
Assist with Advisor recruiting interviews and work with Director of Recruiting and Vice President of Advisor Development in Advisor hiring process.
Build relationships with testing Advisors prior to their start date through check-in meetings.
Coordinate office visits and product-focused training sessions with wholesalers to support advisor education and product knowledge.
Work with Advisor Growth & Resources Directors from all cities to develop new ideas for the Advisor Marketing Program and for the Silver Advisors.
Develop and coordinate training opportunities based on Silver Advisor needs, maintain a robust training schedule, and organize office visits from RFC team members to deliver targeted training sessions.
Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

Ability to supervise and solve problems.
Self-starter and motivated.
Education, Training & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years of experience supporting professional or business development, individualized coaching or mentorship, serving as a community or business liaison, or similar.
Computer Equipment and Software
Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
Microsoft 365
Outlook
Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Proficiency in the use of office equipment
Computer
Voice messaging systems
Fax
Photo copier
Typing of at least 50 wpm
Working Conditions
Professional office environment.
40-hour work week with occasional events in the evenings.
