Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $60,000-$74,000/year* (includes base and commission)

*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As an Advisory Group Coach, you’ll be conducting multiple advisory group sessions a day with business owners looking to take it to the next level. You should be energized by talking with others as this is something you will be doing all day.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2+ years of relationship management, sales or customer service experience.
• You have experience leading or facilitating groups. This is a must have.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You have high attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• You are passionate about the mission of Ramsey Solutions and have experience with our products.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Successfully and promptly onboard new EntreLeadership Elite members
• Facilitate transformational Advisory Group calls over Zoom
• Successful in relationship management and retention/renewal strategies
• Must be comfortable with problem-solving and not flustered by ever changing processes and systems
• Ability to express empathy and ownership; ability to defuse critical customer situations
