Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Hourly, Part-Time positions working with youth and families are available in Mercer County.
Serve as a positive role model for youth by demonstrating dependability, commitment, and professionalism in interactions.
Initiate, organize, coordinate, and implement advocacy services for assigned participants and their families.
Develop and implement individualized service plans based on strengths-based, wrap-around approach
Foster meaningful relationships with participants to support growth, goals, and success across home, school, and community settings
Provide truancy advocacy and support services to help youth and families to address challenges, increase school engagement, and have positive educational outcomes.
Community-based work
Connect participants and families with community resources and supports that promote stability and independence.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
Must be extremely organized
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office are preferred.
Must be professional, flexible, and have the ability to work independently
Must be available evenings and weekends (Flexible, Non-Traditional Hours)
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
