What You’ll Do

As an Aerator Technician, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and consistency of our paperboard products. The aerator plays a vital role in preparing materials for our die-cutting and printing processes, and your attention to detail will help maintain our high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring aerator machines according to established procedures.
• Performing adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency and product quality.
• Identifying and reporting any equipment concerns or malfunctions promptly.
• Following all safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborating with team members across departments respectfully and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Team-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Work Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
