Job Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organized, sales-savvy Clinic & Front Desk Managaer who can ensure exceptional operational standards, lead front desk operations, and drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies.

This dual role combines front desk leadership with clinic and sales management responsibilities. The Aesthetic Practice & Sales Manager / Front Desk Lead will work collaboratively with Regional Managers to achieve practice goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Client Experience

  • Lead, manage, and directly participate in front desk duties including greeting clients, check-in/out, scheduling, phones, and emails.

  • Ensure the front desk team provides excellent service and smooth client flow.

  • Oversee check-out processes, collect payments, reconcile daily receipts.

  • Train front desk staff in upselling, cross-selling, and promoting treatment packages.

  • Resolve client issues or escalate when needed.

Practice Management & Operations

  • Hire, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate front desk and support staff.

  • Monitor attendance, compliance, and performance.

  • Manage day-to-day operations: cleanliness, safety, supplies, vendor relations.

  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and reconciliation of retail and clinical products.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, licensing, and infection control.

Sales & Marketing

  • Drive treatment and retail sales through training, coaching, and goal-setting.

  • Track KPIs (conversion rates, revenue per visit, client retention, retail sales).

  • Partner with marketing on promotions and campaigns; evaluate ROI.

  • Generate sales reports and share insights with leadership.

Finance & Reporting

  • Manage labor costs and overhead relative to revenue.

  • Review daily tickets, vendor invoices, payroll records, and deliveries.

  • Handle daily cash counts and bank deposits.

  • Forecast budget needs for front desk, inventory, and marketing events.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in management or supervisory role within a medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.

  • Proven success in sales and front desk leadership.

  • Strong communication skills to lead, train, and inspire staff.

  • Highly organized with the ability to balance client-facing duties and strategic oversight.

  • Knowledge of EMR systems, medical billing, and scheduling software.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end medical spa setting.
